Here I round up the best I can find:
Auto Express:

However, decent on-road manners, excellent manoeuvrability and low running costs should still give the baby Dacia strong appeal, particularly for those after a cheap runabout or a second car. It might actually be more of a catalyst for change in the city-car market, given that it costs the same as many similarly sized rivals while offering the benefits of zero-emissions motoring.

Top Gear:

It will require minimal financial outlay and minimal confusion because it’s so straightforward to drive and operate. Not for the Spring are the agony of endless screen menus, modes and options. So it’s simple, it’s affordable and it’s fun to be in and around. 65bhp is enough when it’s pushing less than a tonne.
What Car:

However, if you live further afield and are drawn to the Spring's budget pricing, think twice. Its limited range, slow charging rate, and low safety rating prevent it from being an all-in-one bargain like the Citroën ë-C3 and MG4.

Dacia is adamant corners have not been cut on the latter, but with its general tinniness, budget tyres and seemingly nonexistent driver assists, I’m not quite sure. You can buy a Sandero without feeling like you’re making compromises. I don’t think the same can be said about a Spring.
Electrifying:
Read more here: https://www.electrifying.com/reviews/da ... ing/reviewThe Spring is the most affordable new electric car on sale in the UK and it makes so much sense for drivers who rarely venture onto a motorway. It now comes with regenerative braking, vehicle to load tech, and has made a big leap forward in terms of design, desirability and quality.
